Doing Business With Us/Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Do to the unique character of your job, we are unable to accept returns and resell your product, therefore all sales are final. If you feel we have made an error on your job, you may contact us via email or phone and we will open a complaint. If we deem the error is on our part we will at our discretion rerun the job for you or refund your money.  If the problem is in your supplied artwork or due to factors other than our error, we may agree to rerun the job at a reduced rate providing you provide proper artwork (or resolve the issue) to get the desired result. It is always best to discuss with us any concerns you may have before we run your job.

TURN AROUND TIME. We make every effort to get your job completed as quickly as possible. Most jobs are done in 1-3 days however there are factors involved that can delay this timeline such as artwork problems, film delays, press problems, outside source issues, etc.. If time is an issue, please ask us at time of ordering how long your job should take. We can give an estimate based on our production load at that time but please keep in mind the unforseen possibilities mentioned above.

A WORD ABOUT COLOR. Computer monitors do not reflect the true color of a printed product on paper. Depending on the type of printing you will be having done, please ask us about different proofing options. Mixing inks is more of an art than a science so colors can vary from job to job as well. We try to match as closely as possible from samples if you have them so if exact color is an issue, please provide them but keep in mind an exact replacation is not possible.
QUANTITIES. Industry standards allow us to have up to a 5% loss on all jobs. This happens from paper getting caught in the presses, folders, cutters, set-up losses, etc.. To avoid a shortage to you, we are also allowed to run a 10% overage and charge you for the extra pieces that you may receive. We usually do run extras but we do not charge you for it as allowed by industry standard. This is done soley as a courtesy to our clients to provide a full order but it is our position that the loss is a business cost.

PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of ordering your job. This is because there are costs associated with setting up and running your jobs. We may at our discretion choose to allow you to pay at job completion when you pick up your order. No job will be released without payment in full unless established credit has been granted. For our credit customers, payment is due within 30 dyas of completion of your job.

FILE STORAGE. We keep artwork created by us on our computers for as long as we use the artwork. If a job has not been placed for 1 year, we may choose to delete to artwork off of our hard drives to make room available for new jobs. If you know that you will need the artwork in the future, let us know and we will burn it to a disk for you to take with you. Electronic artwork supplied by you is usually not kept on our computers. Hard copy artwork is kept for at least 1 year. If you do not instruct us to keep the artwork on file for future printing with us, we may discard your files. If you know you will want to use the artwork, let us know to keep it on file or pick it up and store it at your facility. Please keep in mind that we store your files as a courtesy. If there is a computer crash, fire or any other problem that causes us to loose your artwork, we are not responsible for the replacement of it. We reccommend that you have a working file also.
