How do I supply my artwork to you?
You can email or send us a disk. If you are local, you can bring it to us as well.
What types of files do you accept?
The best way to supply your own artwork is as a .pdf with all fonts outlined with a 300 dpi resolution. If you cannot outline your fonts, please provide your fonts and all images with your artwork. If we have any problems with your files we will contact you. We can take .ai, .ps, .idd, .tiff, .jpg, and .pdf. Ask us if you need to send a different type of file.
Why does my resolution have to be 300 dpi?
For internet applications a lower resolution works very well, however, in print reproduction, a higher resolution is needed to reproduce a high quality image onto paper.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (PT)
If I need a job that is not listed on your website, can you provide it?
Possibly. We do a lot of one of a kind items for many clients. Contact us to discuss your needs.
How long will my job take?
Every job we do is unique and comes with its own challenges. We can turn around a job anywhere from overnight to several weeks, depending on what the job calls for. When you contact us to discuss your job, we can give you an idea of how long it should take at that time.
If I decide to make changes after I place an order, will I be charged?
Once you approve the job to go to press, we will charge for any and all work that has been done. It is important that you proof your artwork carefully after every change to ensure it is correct and the way you want it to be. Please talk to us BEFORE any work is done if you have any questions or concerns about your job.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept P.O.’s with approved credit.
Do you offer mailing services?
We no longer do mailings in house. However, we do work with Shasta Opportunity Center and can offer those services for your convenience.
Can you ship my order to another location?
Yes. We have many clients who have offices all over the country and beyond. We ship via FedEx and USPS currently.
